A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 168(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s account of receipts and payments and considering a Resolution proposing the release of the Liquidator. It will be proposed as follows: “That the Liquidator’s receipts and payment account by accepted; and that the Liquidator be granted his release.” The Meeting will be held at 58 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4LF, on 1 July 2003, at 10.00 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 30 June 2003, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
