Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Act, 1945, that it is the intention of the Lord Chancellor to lay before Parliament The Marriages Validity (Harrogate District Hospital) Order, 2003, made by him on 31 March 2003, under the Marriages Validity (Provisional Orders) Acts, 1905 and 1924, as adapted and modified by the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) (Substitution) Order, 1949, and as further amended by The Transfer of Functions (Miscellaneous) Order, 2001.
