A Meeting of the contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of laying before the Meeting the Joint Liquidator’s report dated 26 March 2003, and the receipts and payments account for the period of the liquidation. The Meeting will be held at The Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, on 2 May 2003, at 10.00 am.
