No 234 of 2003 In the Matter of A HODGESON (HARROGATE) LIMITED (t/a The Apperley Manor Hotel) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Apperley Manor Hotel, Apperley Lane, Apperley Bridge, Bradford BD10 0PQ, presented on 7 February 2003 by David Frederick Wilson and Julian Nigel Richard Pitts, the Joint Supervisors of the Company’s Voluntary Arrangement, will be heard at the Leeds District Registry, Leeds Combined Court Centre, Oxford Row, Leeds, on Tuesday 8 April 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any persons intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 7 April 2003.
