NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Macaw (Soft Drinks) Limited, of Lindred Road, Lomeshaye Industrial Estate, Nelson BB9 5SU, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 2/27/15/247 which authorises the abstraction of water from Millstone Grit at National Grid Ref SE 0680 4220, at Alston Road, Keighley. The variation being applied for is for is to change purpose of abstraction from cooling to bottling. The permitted volumes will be unchanged. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Keighley Library, North Street, Keighley, between 28 March 2003 and 25 April 2003. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
