EXTENSION TO OLD WINCHESTER HILL NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE NO 3 DECLARATION 2003

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19(1) of the National Parks and Access to Countryside Act 1949, and section 35(1)(c) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the Extension to Old Winchester Hill National Nature Reserve No 3 Declaration 2003, made on 28 March 2003, English Nature declares that the land containing 0.5004 hectares or thereabouts situated in the parishes of Corhampton and Meonstoke and Exton in the county of Hampshire and shown edged and hatched in blue on the plan to the said Declaration is held by English Nature and managed as a nature reserve. Certified copies of the Extension to the North Solent National Nature Reserve No 3 Declaration 2003, have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Hampshire County Council, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 8UE; Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 8LJ, and at the offices of English Nature, at 1 Southampton Road, Lyndhurst, Hampshire SO43 7BU and at Northminster House, Peterborough PE1 1UA.
