Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Walletts Insolvency Services, Adventure Place, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3AF, on Wednesday 30 April 2003, at 2.00 pm, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the period ended 17 March 2003, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, approving the Liquidator’s release from office, and approving the Liquidator’s remuneration on the basis and quantum as stated within this report. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
