(t/a Virgin PVCu) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Walletts Insolvency Services, Adventure Place, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3AF, on Thursday 1 May 2003, at 12.00 noon followed at 12.15 pm by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the period ended 19 March 2003, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, approving the Liquidator’s remuneration on a time cost basis as stated in the final report, and approving the Liquidator’s release from office. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
