In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 1341 of 2003 In the Matter of ALL BUILDING CONSERVATION TREATMENTS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 47 St Leonards Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 3BP, presented on 25 February 2003 by HM Customs and Excise of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor, NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4AA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9 April 2003, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 8 April 2003.
