In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 1465 of 2003 In the Matter of FORTHRIGHT SECURITY and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Forthright Security a Partnership whose principal place of business is Quarter Mile House, 16 a Park Drive, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD9 4DR, presented on 3 March 2003 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9 April 2003, at 2.30 pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
