In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 1465 of 2003 In the Matter of FORTHRIGHT SECURITY and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Forthright Security a Partnership whose principal place of business is Quarter Mile House, 16 a Park Drive, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD9 4DR, presented on 3 March 2003 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9 April 2003, at 2.30 pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 8 April 2003.
