Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Stokes Place, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Republic of Ireland, on 29 April 2003, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, a proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for the Meeting must be lodged at 1 Stokes Place, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Republic of Ireland, not later than 12.00 noon on 28 April 2003. J W R Jackson, Liquidator 26 March 2003.
