Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company shall be held at Nunn Hayward, Rycote Place, 30-38 Cambridge Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1RS, on 30 April 2003, at 1.30 pm and 1.45 pm respectively, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to conduct such other business as may lawfully be conducted at the Meeting. Proxies for use at the Meeting should be lodged with the Liquidator at Nunn Hayward, Rycote Place, 30-38 Cambridge Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1RS, no later than 12.00 noon on 29 April 2003. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint another person or persons as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him and a proxy need not also be a Member of the Company.
