Notice is herby given, pursuant to section 106(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company shall be held at Rycote Place, 30-38 Cambridge Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1RS, on 30 April 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purposes of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to conduct such other business as may lawfully be conducted at the Meetings.
