AUTHORISATION OF INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS
Take note that I, Jason Dean Greenhalgh, of Begbies Traynor, Elliot House, 151 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3BP intend to apply to the Secretary of State under provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner. Any persons having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice, communicate such reason to the Department of Trade & Industry, Area 1.10, PO Box 203, 21 Bloomsbury Street, London WC1B 3QW.
