THE BROMLEY (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (NO 2) (ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2003
ROOKERY GARDENS, ST MARY CRAY

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley, on 25 March 2003, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991, which will be operational on 14 April 2003.
The effect of the Order will be to open the existing closure in Rookery Gardens near the junction with Crowhurst Way and create a new closure between a point 2 metres north of the western flank wall of Brenzett House and a point 12 metres north of the junction of Rookery Gardens with Sholden Gardens.
A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
