ADI ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5NR, on Monday 7 April 2003, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 100 and 101 of the said Act, that is the nomination of a Liquidator and the appointment of a Liquidation Committee. A proxy form for use in connection with the above Meeting is available. If you intend to use the proxy form for the purposes of the Meeting, the form, accompanied by your statement of claim, must be lodged at the registered office of the Company, situated at The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, not later than 12.00 noon on 4 April 2003. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Jamie Taylor, of Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above Company, and will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Resolutions to be taken at the aforementioned Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and Resolutions in respect of the payment of other costs and expenses including the basis on which these are charged or reimbursed. The Meeting may also receive information about or be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. Resolutions also to be taken at the aforementioned Meeting may include a Resolution conferring upon the duly appointed Liquidator the powers contained in Schedule 4, Part I of the Insolvency Act 1986.
