THE BEXLEY (MISCELLANEOUS PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose
to make Traffic Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to,
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8, of and Part 1 of Schedule
5 to, the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment
No ) Traffic Order 200 would be to further amend the Bexley (Waiting and Loading
Restriction) Order 2002 so that additional “At any time” waiting restrictions are
introduced in parts of the roads listed in the Schedule to this notice.
3. The general effect of the Bexley (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) (Amendment
No ) Traffic Order 200 would be to amend the Bexley (Prohibition of Stopping Outside
Schools) Traffic Order 1994 so that the new restrictions are introduced in Seacourt
Road/Thamesmead and Swanbridge Road, Bexleyheath.
4. The general effect of the Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) (Amendment No )
Traffic Order 200 would be to amend the Bexley (Parking Places) (No ) Traffic Order
1994 so that the parking places in Balliol Road, Welling and Sherwood Park Avenue,
(Service Road) Sidcup are modified.
5. Copies of the proposed Orders, the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendent
No ) Traffic Order 200 (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Bexley
(Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) (Amendment No ) Traffic Order 200 ; and
the Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) (Amendment No ) Traffic Order 200 (and
the Orders which have amended that Order), the Council’s statement of reasons for
proposing to make the Orders and maps which indicate the length of roads to which
the Orders relate can be inspected at The Information Centre, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath,
Kent DA6 7LB, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays .
6. A copy of the draft Orders, a plan showing the proposals, and the Council’s statement
of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can also be inspected for a period of
21 days from the date of this notice in the Central Library, Townley Road, Bexleyheath,
Kent DA6 7HJ during the opening hours of the Library.

8. Any person wishing to comment on the proposed Order may do so by writing to the
London Borough of Bexley, Room 37, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB, stating
the grounds thereof, within the above-mentioned 21 days.
9. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that in view of the local
Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, this Council would be legally obliged
to make any comments received in response to this notice, open to public inspection.
