Notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 30 April 2003, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned James Earp, of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, the Liquidator of the Company. The full details of claims, referred to above, must include the Creditor’s names and address, the amount of the claim and the particulars of how and when the debt was incurred by the Company. Notice is hereby given that all funds remaining in the Liquidator’s hands following the discharge of any claims proven by the final date for proving shall be distributed to Shareholders absolutely. 19 March 2003.
