In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 1496 of 2003 In the Matter of ARAB NEWS NETWORK LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 14-17 Wells Mews, London W1P 3FL, presented on 3 March 2003 by Associated Press Television News Limited, of The Interchange, Oval Road, Camden Lock, London NW1 7DZ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9 April 2003, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
