Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of KPMG, 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB, on 1 May 2003, at 10.00 am, 10.15 am, 10.30 am, 10.45 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Companies have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in the Member or Creditor’s stead. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
