NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 88

Notice is given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region.
Messenger Leisure Limited has applied for a variation to their existing consent to discharge from Wiltshire Golf and Country Club, Lyneham Road, Wootton Bassett. The consent variation is for an increase in the volume of treated sewage effluent from 8 cubic metres per day to 33 cubic metres per day as a result of extensions to the existing facilities and for a future hotel. The discharge will be from a package treatment plant followed by a reed bed.
