Notice is given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the Final General Meeting of Members and the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1HH on Wednesday 30 April 2003, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertforshire SG14 1HH no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting.
