THE STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAYS (COUNTY OF BEDFORDSHIRE) (NO ) ORDER 2003

The Secretary of State hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 and section 261 and section 333 (7) of the above Act to vary the provisions of the Stopping-up of Highways (County of Bedfordshire) (No 2) Order 1993, as made by him, will not be made. The effect of the variation Order was to increase the duration from 13 to 25 years of the temporary stopping-up of a length of Bridleway known as Pack Horse Road and a length of Aspley Guise Footpath No 23 at Aspley Guise and Aspley Heath, Bedfordshire referred to in the notice published on 9 July 2001 (Ref GT/J0215/35/1/18).
