Take notice that Ryall House Ltd of Ryall House Farm, Ryall, Upton-on-Severn, Worcestershire, is applying to the Environment Agency (a)  for a licence to abstract water from the River Avon, at or between National Grid Refs SO 9090 3810 and SO 9090 3960 at Bredos Field Farm, Strensham, Gloucestershire. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates, 2,000 cubic metres per day, 50,000 cubic metres per year, throughout the year. The water will be used for filling off-stream storage for subsequent spray irrigation and spray irrigation direct; and (b)  to vary licence serial No 18/54/17/729/5, which authorises the abstraction of water from the River Avon, at or between National Grid Refs SO 9038 3625 and SO 8955 3372, on land at Twyning, Bredon and Tewkesbury. The variation being applied for is to increase the annual quantity from 18,000 cubic metres to 50,000 cubic metres, all other licence condition to remain unchanged. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Ryall House Farm, Ryall, Upton-on-Severn, between 21 March 2003 and 25 April 2003.
