In the Birmingham County Court.  No 2110 of 2003 In the Matter of D TAYLOR TRANSPORT and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of 84 Wood Lane, Erdington, Birmingham, presented on 10 February 2003 by John D Travers, of B K R Haines Watts, Sterling House, Maple Court, Maple Road, Tankersley, Barnsley S75 3DP, claiming to be a Contributory of the Partnership, will be heard at Birmingham County Court, on 4 April 2003, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
