A Statute made by All Souls College, Oxford, amending Statutes III and VI, has been submitted for the approval of Her Majesty in Council, and notice of its having been submitted is published in accordance with the provisions of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge Act 1923. The purpose of the amendment to Statute III is to remove inconsistencies, to make a common basic duty for all Fellows to add more specific duties for different classes of Fellows. The purpose of the amendment to Statute VI is to make explicit and consistent the power of the College to make By-laws governing aspects of College life.
