Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Companies will be held at Mazars, 24 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7NR, on Thursday 24 April 2003, at 11.00 am, 11.05 am, 11.15 am, 11.20 am, 11.25 am, 11.30 am, 11.35 am and 11.40 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meeting showing the manner in which the winding-ups have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
