THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (FREE PARKING PLACE) (DISABLED PERSONS) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (REVOCATION NO 2) ORDER 2003
CARLISLE PLACE

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council, on 19 March 2003, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Orders will be to: (a) remove a redundant disabled parking bay and redesignate it as residents’ parking in Carlisle Place; and (b) provide that in respect of the residents’ parking places, the classes of vehicles for which they will be available, the hours during which they will operate and all the time limits during which vehicles may be left in the parking places will remain unchanged. 3. The Orders, which will come into force for all purposes of Article 5 on 21 March 2003 and for all other purposes on 24 March 2003, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Parkman Ltd., Third Floor, Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, until 30 April 2003. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to either of the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 30 April 2003.
