HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 116

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 116 of, and the Twelfth Schedule to, the Highways Act 1980, that at 10.30 am, on 7 May 2003, an application will be made by Preston City Council to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Magistrates’ Court Building, Lawson Street, Preston, for an Order authorising the stopping-up of the following length of public highway on the ground that it is unnecessary: Mill Hill-the full length This length of highway is shown coloured green on a plan which is available for inspection by members of the public, free of charge, during normal office hours at the First Floor Reception, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston.
