THE NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL (CROWLE) DISCONTINUANCE ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council have made an Order under Schedule 9 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 requiring that the use of 3.355 hectares (approximately 8.29 acres) of land forming part of Crowle Moors (OS Grid Ref SE 755 144) be discontinued. The Order has been submitted to the First Secretary of State for his confirmation. Any person who will be affected by the Order and who wishes for an opportunity of appearing before, and being heard by, a person appointed by the First Secretary of State must give notice in writing to that effect to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minerals and Waste Planning Division, Zone 4/B1 Eland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DU, not later than 22 April 2003. A copy of the Order may be inspected at any time within normal office hours at the offices of North Lincolnshire Council at Pittwood House, Scunthorpe or Church Square House, Scunthorpe.
