Take notice that Horace Bradshaw & Son Limited of 63 Elwyn Road, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 9BY, are applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from a pit, main drains and farm dykes at and between the following National Grid References:

TL 4312 8861; TL 4472 8780 and TL 4475 8816 and TL 4540 8766; TL 4512 8828 and TL 4583 8830; TL 4595 9020 and TL 4604 9036 and TL 4602 8966 and TL 4655 9055 at Honey Hill and Byall Fen Drove, Chatteris parish and at Newghant Drove, Wimblington parish all in Fenland district, Cambridgeshire.

The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 54.5 cubic metres per hour, 1,200 cubic metres per day and 68,190 cubic metres per year between 1 April and 30 September each year for spray irrigation purposes. The application is to renew licence serial no 6/33/53/S/574 which expires on 30 September 2003.
A copy of the application and any map, plans or other documents may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the office of FJS Services, Weighbridge Works, Westfield Road, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 0LT, between 21 March 2003 and 18 April 2003.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE28 4NE, before the end of the said period quoting the name of the applicant.
