ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE TRANSPORT FOR LONDON (RESTRICTION OF BUSES) (TERMINAL PERMIT AREA) TRAFFIC ORDER 200
1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that it intends to make the above-named Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to provide buses with terminal points in which to wait before commencing their scheduled service. 3. The roads which would be affected by the Order are all within the City of Westminster. 4. A copy of the Order, a statement of Transport for London’s reasons for the proposals, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of: Transport for London, Street Management, Statutory Functions—Traffic Orders, 25 Eccleston Place, London SW1W 9NF; and One Stop Shop, City of Westminster, Westminster City Hall, 62 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP. 5. Any objection to the proposed Order must be made in writing, giving the grounds on which it is made, and sent to Transport for London, Street Management, Windsor House, 42-50 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0TL, quoting Ref TASS/AD/SF/TO,GLA/2003/171, to arrive before 10 April 2003.
