Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at Cottons Centre, Hay’s Lane, London SE1 2QE, on 25 April 2003, at 12.15 pm, 12.30 pm and 12.45 pm respectively, (or as soon thereafter as the previous Final General Meeting is concluded) for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a Member of the Companies. G R Kennedy, Liquidator 14 March 2003.
