SANDRA ELIZABETH BENSLEY A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Trustee in Bankruptcy under section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of forming a Creditors’ Committee, or failing that to consider a Resolution concerning the remuneration of the Trustee, receiving the Trustee’s Final Report to Creditors and considering a Resolution relating to the release of the Trustee.
