A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before it an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the Liquidation during the year ended 16 December 2002. The Meeting will be held at 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5NR, on Wednesday 9 April 2003, at 10.30 am.
