A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of proposing the following Resolutions. That the Liquidator’s remuneration and disbursements be approved, that the receipts and payments account be approved, that the Liquidator’s report be approved and that the Liquidator be granted his release. The Meeting will be held at 17 St Andrews Crescent, Cardiff CF10 3DB, on 29 April 2003, at 11.30 am.
