THE A44 TRUNK ROAD (GOGINAN VILLAGE, ABERYSTWYTH, CEREDIGION) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2003
Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Environment, acting on behalf of the
National Assembly for Wales, has made an Order under section 84(1) and (2) of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into force on 24 March 2003.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit the driving of motor vehicles at a speed
exceeding 40 miles per hour in that length of the A44 Aberystwyth-Llangurig Trunk
Road (hereinafter referred to as “the trunk road”) at Goginan in the county of Ceredigion
which extends from a point 203 metres west of the centre point of its junction with
Queen Street to a point 657 metres east of that same point.
During a period of 6 weeks from 24 March 2003, a copy of the Order, and relevant
plan, may be inspected during normal opening hours at Goginan Post Office, The Old
School, Goginan, Aberystwyth or may be obtained, free of charge, from the Transport
Directorate, National Assembly for Wales, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ, quoting
Ref CZ 510-2-22-3.
