Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies have been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meetings will be held at the offices of Poppleton & Appleby, 141 Great Charles Street, Birmingham B3 3LG, on 30 April 2003, at 3.15 pm and 3.30 pm, and 3.45 pm and 4.00 pm respectively, for the purposes of having final accounts laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Companies has been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies shall be disposed.
