Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company and a General Meeting of Creditors will be held, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up since 17 January 2001, the date of Liquidation; and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meetings will be held at the offices of BKR Haines Watts, Sterling House, Maple Court, Maple Road, Tankersley, Barnsley S75 3DP, on 13 April 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her stead. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at BKR Haines Watts, Sterling House, Maple Court, Maple Road, Tankersley, Barnsley S75 3DP, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meetings.
