Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of the above Companies will be held at KPMG, 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB, on 24 April 2003, at 2.15 pm and 2.45 pm respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company.
