Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors will be held at the offices of Unity Insolvency Practitioners, Clive House, Clive Street, Bolton BL1 1ET, on 15 April 2003, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.
