COLOURPATH LIMITED & ALPHABET SET LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of Colourpath Limited will be held at 10 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RB on Tuesday 22 April 2003 at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.30 am by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidator shall be disposed of. The Final Meeting of the Members of Alphabet Set Limited will be held at the same venue at 11.00 am, followed at 11.30 am by the Meeting of Creditors for the same purposes as outlined above. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy holder to be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidator at Kroll Limited, 10 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RB no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting.
