Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Regents Park House, Regent Street, Leeds LS2 7QJ, on Thursday 24 April 2003, at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purpose of showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meeting will also determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Regents Park House, Regent Street, Leeds LS2 7QJ, no later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 23 April 2003.
