Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto before subsisting between Ian Rodwell and Michael Kelly Moorhouse, carrying on business as Gardeners and Landscape Architects at Bay View Landscapes, under the style or firm of Bay View Landscapes, has been dissolved as from 24 December 2002. All debts due to and owing by the said Bay View Landscapes, will be received and paid respectively by Michael Kelly Moorhouse, who will continue to carry on the said business in the Partnership under the style or firm of Bay View Landscapes.
