Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at RSM Robson Rhodes, Colwyn Chambers, 19 York Street, Manchester M2 3BA, on 17 April 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to RSM Robson Rhodes, Colwyn Chambers, 19 York Street, Manchester M2 3BA, not later than 12.00 noon on 16 April 2003.
