In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 587 of 2003 In the Matter of THE GAMES ZONE and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of 57 North Street, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 1RE, presented on 29 January 2003 by HM Customs and Excise of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor, NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9 April 2003, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 8 April 2003.
