In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 1061 of 2003 In the Matter of FIRST CLASS SECURITY UK LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 40 Bridge House, 181 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4DD, presented on 13 February 2003 by Yell Limited, of Queens Walk, Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 7PT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 26 March 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
