At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 50 Osmaston Road, Derby, on 26 February 2003, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Philip Allen, of Mabe, Allen, 50 Osmaston Road, Derby DE1 2HU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” T R Smith, Chairman
