Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final General Meeting of the Members of Group Cereal Services Limited (“the society”) (registered as an Industrial and Provident Society under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 with No 26711R) will be held at the offices of Solomon Hare Business Rescue, Oakfield House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, on 8 April 2003 at 10.00 am, for the pruposes of having an account laid before the meeting showing how the winding-up of the Society has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a Member.
