OFFSHORE ACCOMMODATION RIGS LIMITED

In accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 32 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1YL, on Thursday 17 April 2003, at 11.00 am, to receive an account showing how the liquidation has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. Any Shareholder who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting can appoint another person as his or her proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged with me at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 32 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1YL, no later than 4.00 pm on Wednesday 16 April 2003.
